The idea to organise a Viennese ball for the three Baltic communities in Austria was born in the spring of 2016, when Ambassadors and community leaders of our countries were looking for ways to strengthen the communication between our diasporas as well as for possibilities to present the Baltic cultures in the Austrian environment.
